Grey, miserable weather, that is. Spotted yesterday at the winery, the first blossom of...winter. Yes, it's technically still winter but really, once January has passed in these parts, nice weather is just around the corner. The ground is warming up, the vines will be waking up, and I really must be getting on with my pruning.

What a lovely photo! I have had my office window open today.....mind you, I had my coat on!
Thanks Affer. It's supposed to be in the low 60s tomorrow which is positively balmy for this time of year. We will still have a bit of rain and frost but nothing like at home. Walked the Vinodogs without a coat yesterday, it was just too warm in the sunshine.
Looking forward to following your vines with you this vegetative cycle Vinogirl!
I have enjoyed this winter but a bit of Napa sunshine beckons in my future.
Do Bianchi: That cycle is going to happen whether I participate or not, the little devils just keep growing. Stay tuned :)
Thud: Yup, it's good for the bones and sanity.
Gorgeous photo - makes one feel very hopeful on this damp drizzly day in the Midlands.
WH: Mid sixties and gorgeous sunshine here the past 3 days, sorry!
