I made a bit of a mess, but the mulled wine is a-warming. Let's get this party started!

After mulling over what otherwise would be a travesty in my wine cellar, my conclusion is that for a worthy cause, a good bottle claret could be sacrificed now and then for this concoction. As each successive portion was consumed, it became more apparent that it was indeed a good idea Vinogirl!
