Here he is, Vinomaker...making vino. Actually, he is just racking it; pumping the wine out of the barrel, cleaning the barrel and putting the wine back into the barrel. It's not a fun job but it is essential. We were at it all day, it was tiring but there are worse things you could do on a Sunday than stand around and smell great wine (in this case a Syrah, grown by me), for 7 hours.I had a beer with dinner!
