It's V2's birthday!

Today is Vinodog 2's 5th birthday, whoo hoo!
V2 is a wonderful dog and deserves to have an enjoyable birthday. She's quirky, funny and very intelligent.  I'm sure she'll enjoy the couple of squeaky toys I got her as birthday pressies.  She's a great dog.

Vinodog 2 is four years old today, whoo hoo!

V2 has really turned out to be a great dog; intelligent, quirky, cuddly, and very, very entertaining...she deserves a great birthday celebration. So, it's squeaky toys, biscuits and chews for her (and V1) and an adult beverage for myself and Vinomaker. Party on.

Happy birthday to you V1.

Vinodog 1 is 12 years old today. She is a little more arthritic than last year, likes to sleep more during the day and her hearing is not what it once was, but she still is as faithful a companion as ever. I treated her to some alphabet shaped dog biscuits and a couple of new squeaky toys. One of the toys is a winsome, furry fox. Of course I think Vinodog 1 looks much foxier than any plush toy decked out in her birthday regalia. Boom! Boom!

Many happy returns of the day V2!

Vinodog 2 (Canis-vino familiaris), is two years old today. Here she is reclining on the deck in the morning sunshine, in her party finery with a new, squeaky toy squirrel by her side.
It is with some astonishment that she is still here in Vinoland, after many threats to send her back to the pound for generally terrorising the vines, the neighbourhood, and last but not least, poor old V1.

The fact that she is so cute and constantly provides pure, unadulterated canine-comedy makes her a keeper.
