Keeping up with my family's love affair - on both sides of the Atlantic - with all things John Deere, it is only fitting that my Nephew OTW's birthday cake is a fetching-confection of John Deere green. With yellow trim, of course.

Oh my gosh there is a lot of love and crafty icing smoothing in that cake. The colours also match the Thud crest - is that a co-incidence?
ALW: Sister-in-law OTW's friend made the cake, she does a great job. As for the family crest, a pure coinkydink...I don't think they used John Deere tractors back in the bogs of Ireland in days of yore :)
